Getting Around the Resort

Once on the island, there are three ways to get around. The resort is full of natural paths, well lit at night, so we encourage our guests to walk to keep fit and healthy and environmentally aware of your surrounds. There are so many sights to see and everything is within a casual stroll. Grab a map and explore the ancient, lush rainforest boardwalk, walk along our 22 kilometre pristine surf beach or discover the island’s rich aboriginal heritage on the Alcheringa trail. You choose the pace.
 

Bicycle hire is a popular way to explore the resort and we have over a thousand bikes of all shapes and sizes to hire; tandems, three wheelers, kid's bikes and carriages. Our complimentary shuttle train runs regularly from the main resort station to the Surf Club, the rainforest and the beach with five station stops along the way - a relaxing way to travel.
